The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager plays a pivotal role within the finance team (8 FTE). This position involves overseeing rolling forecasts, monthly close processes, and providing key operational, financial, and strategic insights to drive decision-making.
As a business partner to members of the Leadership Team and their department managers, this role also leads the forecasting and budgeting process while contributing to the execution of the roadmap.

As part of a larger finance department, this role sits within a close-knit team that is responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The team works in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance metrics.
The structure is designed to promote both autonomy and teamwork. The role reports directly to the Head of Finance, working closely with key stakeholders across different business units, including production managers and regional finance teams. You will also be leading and coaching a small team, providing mentorship and guidance to two direct reports. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of key financial processes, while also driving improvements in systems and analytics to optimize business performance.
