When applying for the use of the Staffd platform, Candidates will be requested to upload their curriculum vitae and share personal data (Name, phone number, Email).
Staffd collects and processes personal data of Candidates for the following purpose:
Allowing Candidates searching for a job offer to be contacted by Staffd based on the data uploaded and generated on the platform by Candidates.
Staffd discloses the data uploaded by Candidates to customers searching for hiring freelancers of permanent employees.
Staffd takes appropriate organizational and technical security measures to protect the data of its customers from misuse, loss, or alteration.
Staffd stores the data of its customers on servers in the European Union. If Staffd stores data with parties in countries that do not have an adequate level of protection, it enters into standard data protection clauses established by the European Commission with these parties.
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. Data that with consent has been obtained can also be withdrawn. You can request access, correction or deletion to info@staffd.nl.Staffd will not retain any copy of these data except for name, address, email address, and telephone number solely for the purpose of allowing Staffd to contact the customer.
